Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Saturdays and Sundays do not count toward processing. Transit time starts after dispatch.

Estimated transit is 5–7 business days for items shipped from the United States and 10–15 business days for items shipped from China. Weekends and carrier-observed holidays are excluded. Contact us before ordering to confirm the origin and delivery option for your items; these are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping charges apply to both US and China shipments. Email crazylovehomeco@gmail.com before placing your order for the applicable quote and payment instructions. We disclose the charge for your agreement before you complete your purchase. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Crazy Love Home bears applicable import duties and import taxes on orders shipped directly from China to the United States. Any applicable sales tax is separate. If a carrier requests an import charge, contact us with your order number.

Email crazylovehomeco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and shipping packaging. Report delivery damage within 15 calendar days after delivery and keep the item and packaging while we review your claim. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

Our policy does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including personal preferences about color, style or size. This does not apply to incorrect, defective or materially misdescribed goods, or limit applicable consumer rights. Read the full Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

Our flower bouquets are artificial decorative flowers and foliage. They do not need watering. Refer to the individual product for its floral style and color palette.

Vases, ribbons, furniture and other styling props are not included with the floral products unless a listing expressly says otherwise. Check the What's included section on the product page.

The standard flower shipping package is 9 in L × 8 in W × 3 in H and weighs 3 lb. These are packed dimensions, not bouquet height or spread. Assembled dimensions and stem counts are not yet verified for every floral SKU. Email the product name or SKU before choosing a vase or planning a size-specific installation.

Quantity depends on the vase opening, table dimensions and desired fullness. A fixed vase-fill or stem-count recommendation has not been verified for these bouquets. Test a sample in your chosen vessel, keep seated sightlines clear, and confirm availability and delivery timing before ordering for an event.

Material composition and Real Touch construction have not been verified for every floral SKU. We use artificial or faux when those specifications are unconfirmed. Check the particular product or contact us before ordering if material or feel is important.

UV and weather resistance are not confirmed for these bouquets. Choose dry indoor displays. Avoid soaking, steam or cleaning sprays without verified material-specific instructions.

Support the petals and foliage and gently lift dust with a soft, dry brush. Store dry with enough space to avoid crushing flower heads. Keep displays away from open flames and direct heat.

Browse Warm Neutral, Soft White, Romantic Mauve and Organic Green collections and check each listing's palette. Compare close-up photos as well as room settings; lighting and screens can affect color appearance. Test a sample before committing to a large event order.

CT154 is the dark green tree at 60.63 in tall; CT180 is the light green tree at 70.87 in tall. Both have a 17.72 in base diameter and are sold separately. CT180's curved section measures 14.57 in; it is part of the overall assembled height.

Their 17.72 in base diameter makes them candidates for compact living rooms, dining nooks and indoor corners. Measure the floor area and room height, allow clearance for the curved top, and keep walkways clear. The taller CT180 suits a room where you want more vertical presence.

Both trees include the same separate 118.11 in (3 m) warm white light string and button-cell batteries. The lights are battery-powered and do not need a wall outlet. They are not factory-attached; arrange them after assembly.

The 118.11 in string provides a delicate decorative accent, rather than dense full-height lighting. Bulb count, tested runtime, timer functions and replacement battery specification are not confirmed. The lit lifestyle images illustrate styling; brightness varies with placement, ambient light and battery condition.

Turn off and gently remove the separate light string before lowering the collapsible body and disconnecting the support components. Follow the supplied instructions and store dry without crushing the tinsel. CT180's package measures 15.75 × 16.14 × 3.54 in and weighs 9 lb. CT154's supplied tree box measures 13.58 × 13.19 × 3.15 in; final packed weight with the lights is not yet confirmed.

Use a dry indoor display. Outdoor ratings and waterproofing have not been confirmed for these trees or their included lights. Keep button-cell batteries out of children's reach, secure the battery compartment and follow the supplied light instructions.
