Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after the order is placed. Saturdays and Sundays do not count toward this processing period. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

• Ships from the United States: estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Ships from China: estimated delivery within 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Transit estimates exclude weekends and carrier-observed holidays. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions and customs processing may affect delivery. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the shipping origin and the delivery option for your items.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges apply to both United States and China shipments. Please contact crazylovehomeco@gmail.com before placing your order for the applicable shipping quote and payment instructions. The shipping charge will be disclosed for your agreement before you complete your purchase.

China shipments: import duties and taxes

For orders shipped directly from China to the United States, Crazy Love Home bears the applicable import duties and import taxes. Customers are not responsible for these import charges. If a carrier requests payment of an import charge, please contact us so we can resolve it. Import charges are separate from any applicable sales tax.

Delays and delivery concerns

If we cannot dispatch your order within the promised processing period, we will notify you and offer the option to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped items for a refund. For a delayed, missing, or damaged delivery, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and assist.
